John Decker has over 29 years of experience in the banking industry and building strong relationships with his customers. His experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of the banking industry, and helped him develop impeccable relationship management skills. Prior to joining Bluestone Bank, John worked at Dedham Institution for Savings as Vice President Commercial Lending. John partners with his clients to help them meet their business banking needs. John received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University and currently resides in Lakeville, Massachusetts. He is a board member of the Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce and volunteers with the School to Careers Partnership.
