1. What should I do if I forget my Bluestone@Home Password?

   You may reset your password using the forgotten password link on the password entry screen in online banking. You may also contact the bank for assistance by calling toll free 800.356.8622 or visit one of our branches.

2. Are my Bluestone@Home transactions secure?

   Yes. Bluestone@Home uses 128-bit SSL encryption to ensure that all transactions are secure.

3. Which accounts can I access with Bluestone@Home?

   You can view any Bluestone Bank checking, savings, loan or mortgage account on which you are the primary account holder.

   Through Bluestone@Home you can make transfers to, or from, your Bluestone Bank checking, statement savings or statement money market accounts. You can also transfer payments from these accounts to your Bluestone Bank loan or mortgage accounts. Simply download and complete our Funds Transfer Form.

   If you have a Bluestone Bank CD, IRA account or any passbook account, you can view the account, but cannot make transfers from the account.
