Bluestone Bank User Agreement

Overview

By using the Bluestone Bank Website, you hereby agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement ("Agreement"). Indemnification

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use constitute a contract between you and Bluestone Bank. You agree that your use of this Site shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to the conflicts of laws thereof, and to the laws of the United States. You expressly agree to submit to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and Federal courts sitting in the City of Boston, Massachusetts.

Bluestone Bank uses advertising service providers to help us determine which of our advertisements are most likely to be of interest to you using certain Other Information such as web pages visited, search keywords entered, or your activities on our site. We limit access and collection of information for specific purposes by advertising service providers.
